Service Description
Our doctor's visit base fee (¥66,000) includes: ・Consultation fee ・Basic examination fee (rapid antigen testing only; blood tests are not available) ・Prescription fee (for on-site medication dispensing or prescription issuance) The following additional charges may apply: ・Holiday/Weekend Surcharge : ¥11,000 ・Late-Night Surcharge (0:00 to 7:00) : ¥22,000 ・Document Preparation Fee (Optional, e.g., Medical Certificates) : ¥11,000 Eligibility and Booking Confirmation: This service is exclusively available to guests staying at hotels within Osaka City. If you are staying at a hotel outside of Osaka City, a consultation may be possible upon inquiry. An additional fee may apply depending on the location. After submitting your booking request, the reservation will only be confirmed following verification of your hotel stay and confirmation that in-room medical consultation is permitted by the hotel. Payment methods: Payment is accepted in cash (Japanese Yen) and by major credit cards. Language support: Consultations are available in English. For other languages, an interpretation service via an App is available.
